Pair of Costes armchairs with tubular structure in black lacquered steel, shell in plywood with mahogany finish, fixed upholstered cushions covered in black leather.
Designed in the 80s for the Café Costes in Paris, they were thought to make life easier for the staff, especially with only 3 feet to facilitate the cleaning and the circulation of the waiter. In later editions, a hole was added in the backrest to facilitate prehension.
Maufacturer's label under the base.
