  • Borek Sipek

Filzka armchair designed by Borek Sipek and produced by Scarabas in the Netherlands around 1990.

It combines a black lacquered tubular metal frame with a removable red and black felt cover fastened with side snap buttons. The tension between structure and fabric reflects Sipek's baroque and sensual approach to form. With its expressive lines and sculptural presence, this armchair captures the essence of European postmodern design from the late 20th century.
