Hector Guest

Being born and raised amongst the beautiful rolling hills of Scotland's Perthshire granted Hector a special appreciation of the shapes and forms of nature. This developed into an enduring love of art and especially of painting and sculpture.

His desire to develop his art led him to the home of renaissance art, Florence Italy, and to the traditional atelier of Charles H Cecil studios, where he studied painting and sculpture.

Hector's sculptures offer a unique insight, blending natural and abstract forms. He seeks to explore the spaces beyond the rational, illuminating the unconscious worlds within our human condition.

He sculpts in the traditional material of clay, which is then cast in either bronze or bronze resin.
