DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

SALES

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please retain this email as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email, please contact us so that we can investigate and confirm whether your order has been placed successfully.

Prices shown on the website exclude taxes if applicable. For customer in Quebec, TPS and TVQ applies, and for the rest of Canada only the GST apply. For foreign clients, we shall note charge any sales tax but do note prices exclude custom clearance fees which will be charged directly to the client by your receiving courier, importer or government. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens.

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT if applicable. Where item prices exclude VAT, it will be added in your shopping basket at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

SHIPPING

We do not charge for handling or packing. When items are to be exported from Canada, we will provide all the necessary paperwork for custom clearance. You shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the export from Canada or the importation into the country of destination of the items and for the payment of any duties therein.

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days after receipt of items. If 14 days have passed, we cannot automatically offer you a refund or exchange - if this is the case please contact us so we can consider your request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging, but this can be discussed if need be.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your payment card or original method of payment, usually within ten days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and a suitable replacement is available. Due to the nature of goods sold in our gallery, an identical match is rarely available unless it is an edition work. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, contact us and do not return it unless we instruct you to do so.

SHIPPING

Once we have agreed to accept your returned item, you will receive an email with the return postal address. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the original delivery and the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for insuring your item during return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original and return shipping and insurance (as applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
