A very rare cast Trident Condiment Ladle made in London in 1839 by William Theobalds & Robert Atkinson.

The ladle has a deep shell bowl and the stem is modelled as a trident with two dolphins between its tines. This was a design which was first made by Paul Storr. The Ladle is in excellent condition and is very well marked.
Length: 3.8 inches, 9.5 cm.
