A very rare & unusual William IV Heraldic Wine Label made in London in 1835 by Reily & Storer.

The Wine Label has a very unusual narrow rectangular form with shaped ends.  The domed top displays an oval cartouche engraved with a contemporary Crest as used by the Earls of Leicester of Holkham Hall, Norfolk.  This piece is also engraved with prick dot borders and foliate designs.  The face is pierced for SHERRY and the reverse is very well marked.  The label is in excellent, crisp, condition.
