The rim is also beaded and the sides are beautifully pierced and engraved with trailing foliate scrols, pierced vertical pails and prick dot bands. The front displays an oval cartouche engraved with a contemporary Crest and this piece has a blue glass liner. The Dish is in excellent condition and is fully marked on the base and with the maker's mark and sterling mark in the piercing.
