These outstanding dishes have a shaped circular rim decorated with gadrooning interspersed with raying shells, flanked by acanthus foliage.  One side of the border is engraved with a contemporary Armorial surrounded by a cartouche of drapery mantling and the other side with a contemporary Crest with the Coronet of a Baron and a Viscount each side.  The dishes are in excellent condition and are of an outstanding weight and gauge.  Both are well marked on the reverse.
